BCCI announces schedule for home series against Windies

The Board of Control for Cricket In India (BCCI) announced the schedule for the upcoming home series against West Indies scheduled to be played from October 4 to November 11, 2018. India will play 2 Tests, 5 ODIs & 3 T20Is during this tenure starting with the Test series from October 4.

The Windies cricket team will tour come to India for a full fledged tour that will include Tests, ODIs and T20Is in October and November this year. The first Test match will be hosted by the Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA ) at the new Rajkot Stadium from October 4 to October 8 while the teams will travel down south for the next game in Hyderabad from October 12.

Guwahati, Indore, Pune, Mumbai and Thiruvananthauram will be hosting the five ODIs of the series starting from October 21 in Guwahati while Kerala will get a chance to host the last and final ODI of the five-match series on November 1.

The three-match T20 series will begin on November 4 at the Eden Gardens while the newly-built stadium in Lucknow will get to host the next game of the series on November 6. Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) has been given the hosting rights for the last T20 game which will be played at the Chepauk on November 11.
