A fielder's primary job is to save crucial runs, but it's always more thrilling when they showcase exceptional agility to cause a wicket. This was exemplified by Birmingham Phoenix's Ben Duckett who showed brilliant fielding skills with a perfect backflip throw to the stumps, removing Adam Hose.

The Northern Superchargers had a tough day with the bat losing Matt Short, Nicholas Pooran, and Ben Stokes within 21 deliveries despite winning the toss. Their struggles further epitomised when they lost skipper Harry Brook on the 48th delivery. With the pressure mounting, all hopes rested on the last set of batters, Adam Hose and Ollie Robinson. However, Duckett's splendid fielding dashed those hopes.

On the 62nd delivery, Tim Southee bowled a back-of-a-length ball to Hose, which was around the off stump. The Worcestershire star tapped the ball towards the left of short mid-wicket and sprinted for a quick single. Duckett, stationed at the position, quickly reacted and ran towards the ball. With remarkable agility, he picked up the white rock and with a brilliant backflip throw, hit the stumps at the bowler's end directly. The on-field umpire called for the TV umpire's intervention, and the giant screen confirmed 'OUT,' sending Hose back to the pavilion.

Duckett's exceptional throw became the talk of the town, with the Twitterverse buzzing with excitement and admiration for his athleticism. What a throw!

Brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant!

He played Test Cricket there!

He played like there's still 4 days left in the game!

Is it?

That was terrible tho!

That's true!
