West Indies have been known for producing power hitters and Shaqkere Parris is the latest name to add to that legacy. He showcased his incredible strength during the match between Trinbago Knight Riders and Guyana Amazon Warriors, where he launched a massive 124-meter six off Gudakesh Motie.

‌The Guyana Amazon Warriors had a rocky start with the bat, losing opener Kevin Sinclair early on. Tim Robinson’s 34 off 28 offered some relief, pushing the score to 21/1. However, their middle order faltered, with five batters scoring in single digits. It was Romario Shepherd's explosive 51 off 24 that lifted them to 148/7.

In response, Trinbago's Sunil Narine fell cheaply again, but Shaqkere Parris anchored the innings and delivered a colossal six that soared an impressive 124 meters. On the fifth ball of the third over, Gudakesh Motie bowled a fuller delivery outside off stump. The Caribbean batsman judged the line perfectly and executed a powerful slog sweep, sending the ball flying over deep midwicket and beyond the boundary. The shot was struck with such force that it landed on the roof of one of the stands.
