In response to India’s first-innings total of 358 runs, England posted a big total of 669 runs to take a massive lead of 311 runs at the end of the first innings. The hosts taking this huge lead pushed India to the back foot in the ongoing fourth Test of the five-match series. But then came a decisive and game-defining 188-run partnership for the third wicket between KL Rahul and skipper Shubman Gill. Following Gill and Rahul’s partnership, another interesting and game-saving partnership is underway for India, which is between star all-rounders Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar. The duo has stitched a 192-run partnership for the fifth wicket so far.

The moment came in the game when England’s Jofra Archer completed the 127th over of the Indian innings, and the visitors had scored 348/4, having Jadeja and Sundar in the middle.
