After the Premier League Summer Series, where Everton drew 2-2 against Manchester United, manager David Moyes hinted at incoming transfers, and the club is now making decisive moves in the market. Everton have already secured four signings this summer but aim to double that number before the transfer window closes on September 1.

The club has agreed to sign Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall for a fee close to £25 million. The 26-year-old, who contributed to Chelsea’s Europa Conference League and Club World Cup victories, is set to undergo a medical on Tuesday, July 5. In addition, Everton are in active negotiations with Southampton for teenage winger Tyler Dibling.

Southampton has received a counter-proposal from Everton, while reports suggest the Merseyside club is preparing a £21 million bid to secure the promising youngster. Dibling, who has attracted attention for his performances, could become a key addition as Moyes looks to bolster his squad.
