When the Bengaluru Bulls entered preparations for Pro Kabaddi League Season 12, coach BC Ramesh stressed building a balanced and defence-focused squad. Known for turning teams into champions, Ramesh has structured the side with a mix of senior players and promising youngsters. He emphasized that the camp’s environment is friendly, with raiders and defenders working in coordination, reducing pressure on individuals. The coach also described kabaddi as a thrilling, man-to-man sport that demands fitness, patience, and discipline.
He highlighted the role of nutrition, supplements, and proper rest in ensuring player performance and injury prevention.
