Telugu Titans Announce Squad for PKL Season 12 in Visakhapatnam

The Telugu Titans unveiled their new squad for Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 in Visakhapatnam. CEO Dr. Trinadh Reddy, coach Krishna Kumar Hooda, and captain Vijay Malik expressed confidence in the team’s strength. Titans will play 18 league matches, starting against Tamil Thalaivas on August 29, with all games hosted at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium.

When the Pro Kabaddi League returns to Visakhapatnam for Season 12, the Telugu Titans unveiled their new team lineup on Tuesday. CEO Dr. Trinadh Reddy expressed excitement about hosting matches in the city and emphasised the franchise’s commitment to engaging audiences and boosting the sport’s commercial value. Head coach Krishna Kumar Hooda called the current squad the strongest the Titans have had, highlighting plans to build fresh strategies and fan experiences.

Captain Vijay Malik stressed the importance of creating a secure and supportive environment for players, noting that strong bonds and confidence are key to performance. The league will run from August 29 to October 23, featuring 12 teams, each playing 18 league-stage matches. The top six will progress to the playoffs, with schedules announced later. Telugu Titans will open their campaign against Tamil Thalaivas on August 29, followed by a clash with UP Yoddhas on August 30.

Other early fixtures include games against Jaipur Pink Panthers on September 4, Bengal Warriors on September 7, and U Mumba on September 10. All matches are scheduled at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Visakhapatnam from 8 p.m. Fans can follow the action live on Star Sports Network and via streaming on Jio Hotstar.
