One of the beautiful aspects of sport is that it unifies people irrespective of nationality, or former grudges. Such a moment that gained the cricket universe’s attention recently was a hug between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir who were also seen in a lighter mood ahead of weekend’s doubleheader.

Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru are one of Indian Premier League’s oldest franchises. The encounters between both franchises have been subjected to various memorable IPL moments including Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir being the epicentre. Both men were seen on a lighter note in the Eden Gardens, Kolkata, despite previous brawls ahead of RCB’s clash against KKR on Sunday.

In the video, Kohli was seen engaged with Gambhir in an intense conversation during the practice session of both teams. The 35-year-old was seen gesturing some tactical aspect of batting with Gambhir and the latter was assisting him with solutions. The clip surfaced social media and gained healthy attention from the cricketingverse.
